Conditions for Use of the Site:

The Site is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of this Agreement. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of the Agreement as such terms and conditions may be modified by us from time to time in our sole discretion. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT WITHOUT MODIFICATION, THEN YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. Please check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued access or use of the Site following any changes to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Accommodation Details:

 Hotel inventories are based strictly on availability and require a minimum of 14 days advance notice for booking requests. Please reserve high season travel in advance to avoid disappointment. Certain times of the year such as New Year's Eve, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and other Holidays, along with large Conventions and Events will limit Hotel availability. Dates requested around Major Holidays, Special Events or Weekends may be subject to a surcharge fee to be determined at the time of booking. Upgrades may be available at an additional cost and do not include resort fees, parking fees, pets/animal fees, and incidental deposit fees charged directly by the hotel and collected by the hotel during the time of check-in. Rooms and taxes are prepaid by the promotional marketing company. Room standards are the sole responsibility of the Hotels.

 Gifts & Bonuses:

 Gifts to be provided after the Travel Presentation and by the Discount Travel Program Office only. Bonus Vacations and Airfares to be provided via email upon request only after you have completed your initial trip and attended the full Travel Presentation. Complimentary Gifts and Bonuses are subject to the fulfilling agencies availability and promotions inventory. Complimentary gifting will only be given after you attended the presentation and have qualified based on the terms of this offer. Please keep in mind that due to circumstances beyond anyone control, any gifts or bonuses that are no longer available during the time of booking your trip may automatically be exchanged to the same likeness and/or value.

 Presentation (Gifts shall be provided after the presentation and at the presentation office only):

 All guests are required to attend a casual and informational presentation. Married Couples and Cohabiting Couples must attend together. Guests must be U.S or Canadian citizens and speak and understand English. A translator is not available. Guests must show a valid ID (Ex: Driver License or Passport) and at least one guest must have a major credit card for secondary ID.

 Qualifications:

 At least one guest must be between the ages of 30-79. A combined annual income of Married and Cohabiting Couples must equal or exceed $60,000, A Single Female must obtain an income of $75,000 and above, A Single Male who is not cohabiting must be a timeshare owner and obtain an income of $75,000 and above. No income restrictions for retiree.

 Cancellation/Refund:

You have three days (3 days) unconditional satisfaction guarantee. Outside of these days, the promotional package is non-refundable. The package is also non-refundable after reservations have been set and confirmed. Cancellations must be made in writing via email request only.

Method of Contact:

You hereby authorize us to contact you from time-to-time via e-mail, phone, text message at the e-mail address or telephone number(s) provided by you when your package was reserved or when booking your reservation. Please note that message and data rates may apply. The purpose of the communications is to discuss the status of your travel products and/or services purchased by you, to tell you about additional products and services for which you may qualify for, and other offers. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
